  • Green growth: Experience includes support to greening agricultural transformation, climate change issues and sustainable use of natural resources.  Practical long term working experience from managing a large environmental and natural resource development programme in India.
  • Vocational education and training: Areas of expertise include assessment of training needs at the labour market, design of technical vocational education and training (TVET) programmes, curriculum development, financial management, management of training institutions including working relations with industries labour market organisations and ministries. Practical long term working experience as teacher, head of division and deputy director of a large technical college in Denmark.
  • Programme management: Practical working experience from being head of division and deputy director of a large technical college, being Chief Advisor of the Noakhali Project in Bangladesh, being Chief Advisor of a large environmental research and development programme in India and being Deputy Director of the international development division of Ramboll, a large Danish consultancy company. Team leader of a large number of reviews and appraisals.
  • Institutional development experience stems from being institutional development advisor on a large number of assignment including education projects, water projects, agricultural projects, environmental projects, urban development projects and communication projects.
  • Country experience: Long term experience from Bangladesh (3 years), Kenya (2½ years) India (3 years) and Indonesia (6 months). Short term working experience from
